Varieties: Xarel·lo, Riesling & Macabeo 

Winemaking: Minimal intervention wine. Spontaneous fermentation with wild yeasts from the grapes themselves in stainless steel tanks. Subsequently, without performing “battonages,” it remains in contact with its fine lees as well as those of the other wines in our range, aiming to achieve greater olume and depth. 

Alcohol content: 12% Vol

 

TASTING NOTES 

Vibrant and crisp white wine with a very expressive nose. With ripe citrus notes and exotic fruits (pineapple), hints of laurel and Mediterranean herbs, with subtle floral aromas (lilac). Fresh and vertical and characterized by good acidity. Extremely saline finish.

NEGRE INICIAL

Varieties: Tempranillo 

Winemaking: Fresh and spontaneous fermentations are conducted using native yeasts. 30% of the wine undergoes carbonic maceration to enhance the fruity aspects of the variety, while the remaining
70% undergoes minimal extraction to preserve the varietal character and express the terroir of the vineyard. 

Alcohol content: 12,4% Vol

 

TASTING NOTES 

This red wine exhibits a Mediterranean character with low alcohol presence. It is characterized by intense notes of red fruit. The palate offers a pleasant experience with fine tannins and good acidity, providing lightness. Matured red and black fruit flavors dominate, along with spicy notes.

PET-NAT

Varieties: Macabeo & Riesling 

Winemaking: The grapes are gently pressed without maceration. A light settling follows. Fermentation occurs spontaneously at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks and lasts for around
three weeks. The wine is bottled before completing alcoholic fermentation, allowing it to finish in the bottle, where it rests horizontally for two months. 

Alcohol content: 10% Vol

 

TASTING NOTES 

A fresh, pleasant, and crisp sparkling wine. Expressive on the nose, filled with aromas of white fruits (pear, green apple), stone fruits (apricot), herbal notes (forest), and subtle aniseed notes. On the palate, it has a gentle effervescence and a good acidity. It evokes flavors of lemon and honey candy with balsamic hints.

SORBET ROSE

DO CATALUNYA

 

Varieties: 80% White Grenache, 20% Red Grenache 

Winemaking: The wine was born in the Alt Penedès region. Once these two grape varieties are brought to the winery, we mix them and chill them in dry ice, after a two-hour pre-fermentation cold maceration, the must slowly ferments at a low temperature for twenty days. 

Alcohol content: 11,5% Vol

 

TASTING NOTES 

The nose has intense floral notes of apple and pear, together with a touch of strawberry and grapefruit. On the palate, the taste is crisp and lively, smooth and refreshing in the mouth with a delightful, clean finish, with notes of fruit and flowers. 

An extraordinarily refreshing wine, perfect for aperitifs, seafood dishes with fish fresh from the market, shellfish, sushi, risottos and paellas, pasta and any other light dishes.
